Jako szef Zespołu G, Cyrus przejawia poglądy Nihilistyczne, ma także kompleks Boga. Główny antagonista serii D/P/Pt, Cyrus stawia sobie za cel zniszczenie obecnego wszechświata i zastąpienie go stworzonym przez siebie, w którym pełniłby rolę Boga. Aby tego dokonać, chce pojmać Dialgę i Palkię. Urodził się i dorastał w Sunyshore City. Ludzie opisywali go jako dobrego, inteligentnego i uprzejmego chłopca.

Pokémon Diamond i Pearl
